Telepsych Visits
In an effort to accommodate the mental health needs of our community safely, all psychiatry visits outside of TMS are conducted via secure, HIPAA compliant video platform. If you want to schedule a video visit, or have questions about your upcoming video visit, please contact our office and we will get you on our schedule. (503) 379-0208
If you have an upcoming appointment, you will get an email and/or text reminder before your visit with the link to your video visit. To conduct a telepsych visit you will need a device with a microphone and camera (cell phone, laptop, computer, ipad, etc.). Logging in is quick and easy and step-by-step instructions will be sent with your appointment reminder.
Please remember that our late/no show cancellation policy applies to all scheduled visits including telepsychiatry visits. (*See office policy below)

*CANCELLATION POLICY
Please make every effort to be on time for your appointments. We require 24 business hours notice for cancelled appointments. (Weekends and holidays do not count as normal business hours). As is the standard in private practice, if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 business hours notice, you may be charged for that time. The fee for a missed intake is $250.00 and a missed follow up appointment is $125.00. Please note your insurance will not cover the missed appointment fee. Late Arrival: If you arrive 15 or more minutes late for an appointment it will be considered a late cancellation /missed appointment. You may be rescheduled for another time and charged the missed appointment rate above.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen to all of us occasionally and will always take this into consideration when determining late fees.
